Squatting in the media, a squatter responds

On Monday 2nd June, inaccurate and prejudicial articles about squatting appeared in the Hate Mail and the Torygraph, then not to be out done, the Daily Star. All were regurgitating some bullshit statement from the conservative party made by Eric Pickles (a particularly nasty right-wing pro-hunt homophobic toad from Essex). Yesterday London hosted an incredible event in the form of a 'human chain handshake' from the hand of the Dalai Lama himself, via 2,000 people in a human chain, all the way to the Chinese embassy in Mayfair.

Shane O'Sullivan follows up earlier reports for Newsnight and the Guardian and explores what really happened the night Bobby Kennedy was shot at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles on June 5th, 1968.
