Members of Wrekin Stop War and Wrekin Anarchist Group are bidding to catch the attention of motorists travelling on the M54 past Telford and are calling for them to join their protests.

Update on New AR Prisoner Dan Amos

Last night he was held at Christchurch Police Station due to mass overcrowding of all prisons. This afternoon he was taken to HMP Exeter in Devon. It is unknown whether he has arrived there yet, but as soon as we know and we recieve his prison number we will publish it, which means it will then be possible to send letters of support.

Shell's security company revealed

The illegal destruction of Glengad beach in Ireland is being overseen by I-RMS, a private security company with a background in military training. Last week 13 residents were arrested when they tried to question the legality of the work. There have been numerous complaints against unidentified security videoing families using the beach for swimming.

I'd Rather Be A Cyclist Than A Scab: UNISON Strike Birmingham

does exactly what it says on the banner Around forty people assembled at the Midlands Arts Centre yesterday for a 'drive slow' with cyclists around Birmingham's ring road. The protest was organised by the public sector union UNISON as part of it's national two day strike for fair pay. Nationally 600,000 local government workers are taking action over a below inflation based pay rise of 2.45%.

Carnival Against Vivisection! March details, Important Police Information

As some of you will already know, the police issued a s12 and 14 to protesters last time there was a protest at Sequani which informed them that no more than 50 protesters could protest near the labs. They are going to need 1000 police to stop us if they think we aren't going to the labs this time.

Some advice for anyone who is attending the carnival.

DON'T TAKE ANYTHING FROM THE POLICE.
DON'T TALK TO THE COPS THEY AREN'T YOUR FRIENDS
FILM THEM, PHOTOGRAPH THEM, COLLECT EVIDENCE
