The first for Climate Camp, and the second for the Student Climate Project. Please forward this message far and wide and persuade all to come along. The Student Climate Project was launched in August 2007, to inspire the wider student body into taking radical action against climate change. They are currently doing a year long tour across the UK, holding events and doing actions along the way. All are invited to get involved and contribute to building a mass student movement against this most critical of issues.

"Eco Warriors plan to hold the next climate camp in Hyde Park near Buckingham Palace, according to a leaked memo received by the Evening Standard" was the story splashed across two pages of the first edition of the London newspaper on Friday, 29 February 2008.
BBC London broadcast exactly the same story later in the day, in spite of the fact that the national meeting of the Camp for Climate Action in Nottingham, which is planning to vote on the location for this summer's climate camp this weekend, had not even started yet.

A national summit meeting of children and teenagers and university students dedicated to saving the human race from extinction caused by global warming, to be held on the site of the planned third runway near Heathrow Airport this summer is being proposed by the Earth Aid Environmental Campaign.
A new youth movement is beginning to emerge in Britain as university students spearhead a drive to recruit other students to the environmental cause, and there are now plans for young people from all over Britain to come together and join forces to lend support to a massive new Children's Revolution campaign.

Environmentalists and concerned local people resisting the plans for a third runway at Heathrow Airport have begun ongoing discussions with a view to establishing a permanent climate centre in the Sipson, Harmondsworth, and Harlington villages.
Environmental campaigners are attempting to offer grassroots solutions to global warming and climate change which would effectively enable the local residents to transform their local area into a futuristic high tech eco-village.

Women have this morning blockaded the Department for Transport preventing staff from getting to work and carrying out their policies which are catapulting us towards dangerous run-away climate change.
