The GLA have put a whopping great metal fence right round Parliament Square and moved Brian Haw's enclave into an ever tinier patch. But this also gives the opportunity for a huge show of solidarity. Make Brian a peace banner and bring it with hooks to fix on the lovely new fence. Activists Target Carmel Agrexco in Conjuction with Climate Camp

At 1pm, approximately 20 activists from London, Brighton, Reading and the nearby Climate Camp entered the Carmel Agrexco site in Hayes Middlesex where some activists have D-locked the gates shut. They are being entertained by Samba. Four police arrived on the scene almost immediately. Read more >>

FitWatch faceup to FIT

FIT tooled up and ready to go.
The Forward Intelligence Team (FIT) were photographing and video individuals and families, including small children, as they arrived at the Climate Camp on Thursday. This was in addition to permanent CCTV and helicopter surveillance of the Camp. Read more >>

Stand off after police incursion at climate camp, tuesday evening.

Stand off
At around 7.30 a group of around 20 police tried to march through the camp but were met with a very large and vocal group of climate campers determined not to let them go any further. After a brief scuffle police retreated and a standoff developed that lasted around half an hour, eventually dissipated by driving rain. Read more >>
