Anti-deportation protest at the Kurdistan Regional Government office in London

About 20 people gathered outside the London office of the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government to highlight its complicity in the mass deportations of Iraqi-Kurdish refugees. The protest, which was called by the International Federation of Iraqi Refugees (IFIR) and supported by London No Borders, the National Coalition of Anti-Deportation Campaigns and Fight Racism! Fight Imperialism!, coincided with an international demonstration outside the UN offices in Geneva. No Borders South Wales also held a solidarity demonstration at the UK Border Agency office in Cardiff.

Cherbal Family Must Stay In Blackburn

Ismail Cherbal and Safia Aouf, nationals of Algeria, and their British-born children Sonia aged four and son Aya aged 15 months have lived in Blackburn, Lancashire, for almost five years. They are currently detained in Yarl's Wood Immigration Removal Centre and are due to be forcibly removed from the UK on Thursday, April 16th at 09.45 hours on British Airways flight BA894 to Algeria.

Protest against forcible deportations to Iraqi Kurdistan – London, 16th April

Anti-deportation campaigners are staging a demonstration on Thursday outside the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government office in London to highlight its complicity in the forcible mass deportations of Iraqi-Kurdish refugees. The protest, called by the International Federation of Iraqi Refugees (IFIR) and supported by many groups including London No Borders, the National Coalition of Anti-Deportation Campaigns, Fight Racism! Fight Imperialism! and the SOAS Detainee Support Group, will coincide with an international demonstration called by IFIR outside the UN offices in Geneva. No Borders South Wales is also holding a solidarity demonstration at the UK Border Agency office in Cardiff.

80 activists blocked the gate of a detention centre in Belgium on 11/04/09

On the 11th of april 2009 eighty activists blocked the gate of the closed detention centre in Steenokkerzeel (Belgium). The action started at 5:30 AM, when activists from across the country found their way trough the fields surrounding the detention centre, and blocked the gates. The action ended around 11:30 AM when the last activists were removed by the police.

Close London's (Mis)Communications House

Yet another asylum seeker was detained last week while signing on at Communications House, one of London's two immigration reporting centres that is located on Old Street. He was taken into the adjoining short-term detention facility and, a few hours later, a G4S van carried him to one of the UK's 11 detention centres. Below are some pictures taken with a mobile phone as well as some information on Communications 'House'.

Well, before 2 days I was discriminated again, so I decided to spread information about institutional racism and fascism in Scandinavia. Discrimination became so wide in society that you should always ask Danish for his/her opinion about East Europeans in Denmark before you gives them place for sleeping or anything in your country.
