21-11-2008 21:25Throughout its history, Israel willfully and systematically committed premeditated extrajudicial killings of Palestinians and other Arabs as official state policy - carried out with explicit high-level political, judicial and military authorization and allegedly in "self-defense" against individuals threatening Israeli security.

The end of November will see anti-war, anti-militarist and peace activists from across the UK and beyond meet in Edinburgh. In these times of instability, it is vital that resistance to war and the military is as strong as possible.

"role as Chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee was to

Somalis that choose to recognize Ethiopia's authority will be targeted by
the resistance, deepening conflicts in that wounded society. That may be
Ethiopia's intention. "Ethiopia is set to discredit any vestige of
nationalist leadership and to spread violence and hate."
