Picked up during a routine immigration appointmnet and arrested, held in a police cell since yesterday morning, not allowed to see his wife until these last few hours, has had nothing to eat since yeaterday morning & is now THIS MINUTE being taken alone by immigration to a detention centre understood to be Colnbrook.

Moves to make indymedia mobile have advanced a little with the recent creation of a handheld.css media type and the trial of a proxy system that rewrites indymedia pages on the fly to strip them of unwanted code and content before delivering them to mobile users.

Critical Mass rides the red lights!

Video
The video shows how riders on the February ride were ordered through red lights by the police, despite it inconveniencing pedestrians who had right of way. Later on the police van was blocked by some bollards and petulantly sounded its twos-n-blues much to the amusement of the riders.

Poland's anti-road camp needs u

The Rospuda Valley", host to Europe's last remaining primeval forest and home to myriad rare species e.g bison and lynx, is possibly about to be bulldozzzed into the anals of history, to make way for the kind of "smooth and dense infrastructure that is necessary for europe to function". Have a look at Ireland&England and the state of a (not too long ago), once quaint and beautiful countryside. Smell the fumes as you choke in the air, hear the traffic when you can't hear yourself.. Poland's current anti-road camp needs direct activists now. We can't afford to let this happen, it's our choice, our world. Plenty of protesters each day can keep the dozers at bay!

On Monday 19th February, the local Reading press reported that BNP leader Nick Griffin, was gonna pay our town a visit on the Wednesday. The BNP's regional organiser reckons they've got "a lot of members (in Reading) but no organiser" and that if they could be organised, they could field candidates in the local elections, maybe up to 4.

George Monbiot has proven to be another 9-11 leftwing gatekeeper, and has published a series of vitriolic hitpieces disguised as articles attacking the 9-11 Truth Movement for its temerity in challenging the US government Official Conspiracy Theory (OCT).
Ive written to Mr Monbiot, whose journalism ive usually admired for its intelligence, perception, wit etc, twice, and received no reply to my first, have written a second, based on new information. Here is that letter.
