“Somebody had to stand up and say the emperor had no clothes, and it was our responsibility as African Americans more than any other people in the world,” said Omali Yeshitela, chair of the Uhuru Movement and top organizer of the Black is Back Coalition for Social Justice, Peace and Reparations. The emperor is, of course, President Barack Obama.

Brooklyn Councilman Charles Barron, a former Black Panther, declared: “We don’t want a president to transfer the war from Iraq to Afghanistan. We’ve come to Washington to say to President Obama, end the war in Iraq, end the war in Afghanistan, end the war in Pakistan.”

This also poses a threat to an environmentally protected area in Camden, Camley Conservation and Elm Village. Foot and Mouth disease was leaked into the water supply from Pirbright in Surrey. The areas Muslim community also faces persecution under terror legislation.

The Crisis

Several major wars are being fought “on our behalf” whilst worldwide rabid nationalism., fascism and fundamentalism are making headway. All of these crises effect each other. We need to examine the effects of these crises, how they interconnect and whether a solution to these problems is possible.
