Mounting evidence is emerging that Israel is experimenting new non-conventional weapons on civilian population in Gaza . "It is happening again what we saw in Lebanon two years ago", says Paola Manduca , genetics teacher and researcher at the University of Genoa and member of New Weapons Research Committee (NWRC), "where Israel used white phosphorus, Dense inert metal explosive (DIME), thermobaric bombs, cluster bombs and uranium ammunitions and experimented novel weapons and delivery modalities. Still today there are unexploded bombs and radioactivity on the ground".

London's Gaza Demo Sat 10th: Pics of Anarchist / Anti-Authoritarian Solidarity Block

Today's demonstration to the Israeli Embassy in central London was massive. Estimates talk about 100,000 people taking part. A call for an anarchist / anti-authoritarian presence at the demo was made earlier in the week, which has materialised today with a clearly visible block. Here there are some pics of it.

US resupplying Israel from port in Greece

The Israeli newspaper Haaretz is reporting that the U.S. has arranged for a charter ship "to carry 325 standard 20-foot containers of what is listed as 'ammunition' on two separate journeys from the Greek port of Astakos to the Israeli port of Ashdod in mid-to-late January." The type and nature of the shipment is described as "pretty rare."

Demonstration against the massacre of the people of Gaza – Athens -pic

Over 5000 people demonstrated in Athens today against the massacre of over 800 people in Gaza.
They marched towards the Israeli embassy but were stopped by overwhelming police numbers.
Images of Israeli, US, and pro Israel Palestinian leaders were set on fire along with flags.
The march past off peacefully.

Day 15 sees 21 more dead - Israeli strikes target homes in the north, infrastruc

Gaza – Ma’an –Since midnight Saturday morning Israeli fire killed 21 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. Most were killed in or near their homes.

The vast majority of deaths from Saturday were in the northern areas of the Gaza Strip, in the Zaytoun neighborhood of Gaza City and Jabaliya to the north.

In southern Gaza Israeli strikes targeted factories and industrial buildings, while homes were left relatively safe.

Workers at Camden Council services have not been told of the plans to build a deadly "Super Virus Lab" on their doorstep. there are plans to build a deadly virus containment facility across the raod from Camden Town Hall. The lab will test on animals. Members of Stop Camden Animal Lab went into the Camden Council Library and offices to hear that staff did not even KNOW about the lab & protests.

Frome Friends of Palestine - Gaza Vigil and Discussions with Lloyds

Local activists in Frome, Somerset, held a vigil for the innocent victims of the Gaza strip today, raising awareness and support for the opposition to this horrific massacre. Several of us also visited the local branch of Lloyd's Bank to discuss their plans to shut down Palestinian charity Interpal.
