EDRI launches petition against data retention

28-07-2005 10:09

What's wrong with data retention? The proposal to retain traffic data will reveal who has been calling and e-mailing whom, what websites people have visited and even where they were with their mobile phones. Telephone companies and internet services providers would be ordered to store all traffic data of their customers. Police and intelligence agencies in Europe would be granted access the traffic data. Various, competing proposals in Brussels mention retention periods from 6 months up to four years.

TASER GUNS BY UK POLICE ,HAVE BEEN CAUSING CONTROVERSY IN AMERICA

28-07-2005 04:24

This article is a fair use for educational purposes. It is one of dozens of law enforcement articles specifically about TASER GUNS and deaths caused by them. One state , Ilndiana, has stopped using TASER guns because the police there believe the TASER gun to be unsafe.
Yet, the UK police shot a man in hiding in a bathroom. The neighbours saud they heard three shots. A little terraced house in Birmingham,UK, hardly has more than five feet of space between the bathroom and the corrider in front of the bathroom; the TASER gun should be well away , at a distance of yards away from the target , before the police should have shouted "police. Please come out of there or we will shoot" or something of that natute.
We must be careful that we do not become a police state.

Britain, Israel in anti-terror talks after London bombings

27-07-2005 22:39

This is a moot point, until the Bliar Government supplies the missing, key evidence to support its Conspiracy Theory, thus proving that the recent attacks were not False Flag Attacks, intended to frighten & distract citizens, and goad the UK into further Acts of Aggression.

Audio from New Scotland Yard 'killer bill' protest

27-07-2005 20:50

Audio
Interviews and soundscapes from the midday protest outside New Scotland Yard on Wednesday (27/7) over the murder of an innocent man and the new shoot-to-kill policy.

Some of the interviews are with passers-by and others are with people attending the protest. They are mostly entirely unedited (and rather depressing if you ask me).

No Video of the 3 Bombers Inside the London Subway Cars before they blew up?

27-07-2005 19:30

The Police claim the bus videos malfunctioned, but made no similar claim about the video cameras in the Underground train cars. The Muslim men are claimed to have ridden from Luton to King's Cross where they split up to take separate trains. I've also read it takes about 25 minutes to ride from Luton station to where the bombs were detonated.

Therefore, there MUST be some 25 minutes continuous video of first four men, riding from Luton, then video of each (supposed) "Muslim" Bomber, seated with his rucksack on each of the 3 separate Underground cars, riding from King's Cross - to where the 3 bombs exploded SIMULTANEOUSLY!

Fuck Mainstream Media

27-07-2005 19:15

The big corporations have their own goals and interests. It’s not really accurate to say that mainstream media speak on their behalf. It’s more to the point to say that they are one and the same.
