RNC 8 Charged with "Conspiracy to Riot in Furtherance of Terrorism"In what appears to be the first use of criminal charges under the 2002 Minnesota version of the Federal Patriot Act, Ramsey County Prosecutors have formally charged 8 alleged leaders of the RNC Welcoming Committee with Conspiracy to Riot in Furtherance of Terrorism. Monica Bicking, Eryn Trimmer, Luce Guillen Givins, Erik Oseland, Nathanael Secor, Robert Czernik, Garrett Fitzgerald, and Max Spector, face up to 7 1/2 years in prison under the terrorism enhancement charge which allows for a 50% increase in the maximum penalty.

Obama & Mc Cain will debate several times for live TV audiences before the election like all presidential candidates since Kennedy beat Nixon. But there was no FOXnews for Nixon's first attempt and not even O'Reilly had been recognised as the loudest & most verbally abusive and perversely popular and astoundingly influential spokesman of American rightwing christians, militarists & "voters".This Thursday at 8pm Eastern Time Obama goes head to head with O'Reilly on the channel which has consistently smeared him since February 2007. As a lesson in contemporary media and the exercise of extra-constitutional power as well as finely pitched scientific methodology of mass indoctrination - it will be worth watching.
